Job summary

Sullivan Park Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Responsibilities include identifying residents, recording observations, and reporting changes to supervisors.

The role requires a current CNA license in Washington, strong communication, and the ability to assist with daily activities, measurements, and transport. CPR is preferred and patient care standards must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education or higher.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition promptly to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Observe residents for skin breakdowns and report issues.
• Provide rest and comfort, greet residents, and escort them to rooms.
