Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
