Job summary

Sullivan Park Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate records and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret basic instructions and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before procedures.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' conditions and incidents to supervisors.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and transfer/transport as needed.
• Maintain residents' room and personal belongings; ensure a safe, clean environment.
