Job summary

Sullivan Park Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents, administer routine care, document observations, and maintain a respectful, safe environment throughout your shift.

Expect to work under the Director of Nursing with a focus on communication, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to care plans.
• Identify residents before providing treatments or meals and follow facility protocols.
• Record observations accurately and report changes to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with HIPAA.
