FullShift Staffing in Washington, DC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision. The role focuses on maintaining quality resident care through adherence to policies and procedures while supporting nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical experience during certification class.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Perform all duties as assigned per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to administer quality care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are cleaned, filled, and within resident reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.
