Job summary

• Must hold a CNA license as required by state law.
• Strong ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work as part of a care team and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to the resident’s care plan.
• Record vital signs, intake/output and other measurements in the medical record.
• Assist residents with ADLs and daily needs.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Charge Nurse/Supervisor.
• Attend shift reports and follow facility policies and procedures.
