Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school, with lead teacher experience preferred.
• Meets state education requirements; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver authentic Montessori instruction and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
• Follow licensing guidelines and school standards to ensure daily care and safety.
