Montessori Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Montessori Certified Guide to lead an early education classroom in a community-centered setting. You will implement the Montessori curriculum, guide mixed-age learners, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, lead teacher experience preferred.
• Meets state education requirements; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Share an authentic Montessori experience by implementing the curriculum and facilitating interactive learning.
• Follow licensing guidelines, school and company standards for daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood topics.
