Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school, with lead teacher experience preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver authentic Montessori experiences following the Montessori curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Follow licensing guidelines and school/company procedures to ensure daily care.
