Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Sharing an authentic Montessori experience by implementing the Montessori curriculum and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
• Following licensing guidelines, school and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Developing observation, assessment and planning skills to effectively communicate with families.
• Pursuing ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
