Montessori Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Montessori Certified Guide to lead an authentic classroom experience in our Duluth, GA location. You will implement the Montessori curriculum, observe each child, tailor plans, and communicate regularly with families to support growth.

The ideal candidate has Montessori educator credentials (MACTE preferred), prior lead teacher experience in a licensed child care or Montessori setting, and meets state requirements for education.

Qualifications

• Montessori-certified guides deliver authentic Montessori experiences in early education.
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school is preferred.
• Lead teacher experience is preferred and aligns with state education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children to support individualized growth.
