Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program.
• Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field; lead teacher experience preferred.
• Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Share authentic Montessori experience: implement the Montessori curriculum and facilitate engaging interactive learning experiences.
• Follow licensing guidelines, school, and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
