Montessori Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Montessori Certified Guide for our community school. You will implement the Montessori curriculum and guide young learners toward independence in a mixed-age classroom.

Qualifications

• Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
• Experience in a licensed child care center or Montessori school, with lead teacher experience preferred.
• Meets state education requirements; additional school requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Share an authentic Montessori experience by implementing the curriculum and facilitating engaging learning experiences.
• Follow licensing guidelines, school and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning skills for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Pursue ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
