Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate - Client Incentives in New York to join the Global Monetization Strategy and Operations team. You will help design incentive programs, participate in JBPs and STI policy design, and monitor ROI to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in strategy & operations or similar roles (e.g., strategy & operations, consulting, finance).
• Advanced analytical skills; able to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis using SQL and/or Python and BI tools.
• Strong problem solving and communication; translate data into insights to influence leadership decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product.
• Familiarity with ROI calculations related to incentive programs and with common incentive platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design for Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and short-term incentives (STIs).
• Monitor KPIs related to incentives (conversion rates, ROI, utilization) and report insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze financial impact of incentive programs with the central team and optimize resource allocation based on ROI.
• Design policy for JBPs and STIs including requirements, incentive structures, and tiers.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration of incentive programs.
• Conduct market research to benchmark merchant incentives and stay updated on best practices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other partners.
