Job summary

lemlist is seeking a Product Manager to own monetization and billing, partnering across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing, Sales, and CS. You will shape pricing, packaging, and self‑serve vs. sales‑led experiences to drive ARR and customer value.

In this role you’ll translate complex initiatives into practical rollouts, build enablement materials, and guide pricing decisions with data and customer feedback. English and French fluency are required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cross‑functional projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and demonstrated ownership across teams.
• Clear written and spoken communication; ability to translate complex topics.
• Experience with SaaS pricing, packaging, subscriptions, or billing systems.
• Experience connecting self‑serve and sales‑led workflows.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Turn pricing and billing initiatives into clear, actionable plans with owners and milestones.
• Coordinate pricing rollouts across product behavior, billing rules, and customer communications.
• Partner with Data and Finance to align ARR reporting and revenue recognition.
• Build scalable internal product training materials for Sales, CS, and Support.
• Lead monetization projects with measurable impact on revenue and efficiency.
