Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Growth on purchase, upgrade, and plan-change flows trading off clarity and trust.
• Partner with Trust & Safety to minimize abuse while preserving legitimate usage.
• Design agentic billing experiences where Claude can answer questions and take actions with safeguards.
