Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology to cover the Capital Corridor Territory (SC, NC, VA, DC) with potential base in North Carolina. This field-based role focuses on procedural support, education, and driving utilization of Monarch Urology in hospital and ASC settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in clinical sales or medical device field.
• Associate degree or medical certification plus 5+ years in relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or similar technical specialty is preferred.
• Must be able to travel extensively, up to 90% of the time.
• Ability to communicate technical/clinical concepts to physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, and education.
• Support account development activities to increase user competence and utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, and training events.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader and Regional Director to support objectives.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams for questions and issue escalation.
• Develop expert-level product knowledge and understand kidney stone workflows.
• Maintain high professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure product availability and growth.
