Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology. This field-based role covers the Texas Plains Territory (TX, LA, & South MS).

You will provide in-case procedural support to physicians, nurses, and staff and help expand the use of Monarch Urology technologies in hospitals and ambulatory centers. Join a team developing smarter, less invasive treatments and learn from leaders in robotic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities that build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive system and disposable utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify and act on educational opportunities that improve customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and clinical adoption.
