Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Clinical Representative, Monarch Urology. This field-based role covers the Texas Plains Territory – TX, LA, & South MS, traveling up to 90% to engage surgeons and healthcare professionals.

You will provide in-case procedural support and clinical education, develop strong customer relationships, and drive utilization of Monarch Urology systems. A bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of clinical or sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Alternative: an associate degree or medical certification plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support experience required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics or other highly technical procedural specialty preferred.
• Must be able to communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
• Support account development activities that build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive system and disposable utilization.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities that improve customer proficiency and procedural efficiency.
• Partner with Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director to support business objectives and referral development.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for questions, issues and reporting of complaints or technical concerns.
• Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows.
• Deliver high standards of professionalism, service, and compliance in all interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities at the account level to ensure products are purchased and in stock.
