Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years healthcare/medical device/B2B sales; 4+ years preferred.
• 2+ years in capital equipment sales or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within territory.
• Strong communication and technical explanation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with funnel management, forecast updates, and launch prioritization.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support evaluation and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing and terms with sales leadership.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and adoption plans with Clinical Representatives and partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving long-term utilization.
• Partner with Regional Business Director to execute growth strategies.
