Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology to cover the Delta Plains Territory (KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, North MS). You will drive commercialization, lead demonstrations to surgeons, and build territory plans to grow both capital systems and disposables.

The role requires travel up to 75%, a bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales (4+ for senior). Base pay ranges from 110k to 150k with incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device sales; 4+ years for senior roles.
• Experience in capital equipment sales or complex medical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans for capital system sales and disposable revenue targets.
• Build a strategic territory plan with funnel management and forecast updates.
• Develop relationships with physicians, administrators, value analysts, and buyers to understand needs.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support Monarch Urology adoption.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, terms, and strategies.
• Coordinate post‑sale installation, training, and launch support with partners and internal teams.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving utilization.
