Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for Monarch Urology in the Delta Plains Territory covering KS, OK, MO, AR, KY, TN, and North MS. You will drive commercial success with surgeons and healthcare teams, delivering robotic and urology solutions that improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes field-based leadership, strategic planning, and extensive travel (up to 75%), with a base pay of 110,000–150,000 USD plus incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device or B2B sales is required for entry level; 4+ years preferred for senior placement.
• 2+ years of capital equipment sales or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information and economic value to physicians and buyers is required.
• Strong planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy skills are required.
• Experience in urology, robotics, or OR-based selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan with account segmentation and funnel management.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and economic buyers to understand needs and funding pathways.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, terms, and strategies.
