Eli Pharmacy in Johns Creek, GA, is seeking a Pharmacist‑in‑Charge to lead our state‑of‑the‑art compounding operations. The role focuses on sterile and non‑sterile compounding with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and patient safety. Monday–Friday day shift; no evenings or weekends, closed on six major holidays.

The PIC will oversee staff, ensure USP standards, manage APIs, and coordinate with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence across the facility.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of sterile compounding experience required.
• Experience in a 503A compounding pharmacy environment preferred.
• Deep knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800> standards and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance for sterile and non‑sterile compounding.
• Lead clinical and technical compounding operations, including peptides, HRT, and dermatology formulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff pharmacists and compounding technicians; ensure USP compliance.
• Manage API sourcing, testing, COA verification, and inventory control for hazardous substances.
