Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of compounding pharmacy experience; sterile compounding preferred.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Florida (and other states as required).

• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding operations.
• Ensure compliance with USP <797>, <795>, <800> standards.
• Represent facility during state and federal audits and inspections.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians; manage staff performance.
• Open/close daily operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy.
