TAG MedStaffing is seeking a Multi-Licensed Pharmacist-in-Charge (Sterile Compounding) in Passaic County, NJ. Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist licenses in New Jersey, California, and Alabama, with PIC eligibility.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sterile compounding or infusion pharmacy, including at least 1 year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <800>, and <795> standards and sterile compounding practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and serve as primary regulatory contact.
• Oversee daily sterile compounding operations for safe, compliant workflows.
• Supervise preparation of sterile products including IV therapies.
• Maintain quality programs including environmental monitoring and deviation investigations.
• Lead, train, and oversee pharmacy staff to ensure competency in sterile compounding.
