Job summary

Rx relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead operations at a sterile compounding facility in Las Vegas, NV. You will ensure full regulatory compliance, manage daily workflows, and uphold high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Nevada pharmacist license, ability to obtain California licensure, and prior PIC or pharmacy management experience. Competitive salary plus bonus potential is offered, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active Nevada pharmacist license is required and ability to obtain California license.
• Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience (preferred).
• Experience as PIC or pharmacy manager is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and multi-state pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC).
• Oversee daily sterile compounding operations and QA programs.
• Hire, train, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Enforce SOPs and manage environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation.
• Lead regulatory audits, pharmacy inspections, and board interactions.
