JCW Group in South Florida is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead a fast-growing, high-volume sterile compounding operation. The PIC will oversee compliance, quality, and efficiency while guiding a skilled team in a dynamic environment.

You will drive licensure expansion into additional states and collaborate with leadership to scale the business, ensure patient safety, and maintain regulatory excellence in a 503A/503B setting.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license required.
• Solid background in sterile compounding; injectables a plus.
• Experience scaling a compounding pharmacy and building teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume sterile compounding operation (1,000+ orders/batches daily is preferred).
• Expand licensure into additional states.
• Grow and develop the pharmacy team in a fast-moving environment.
