Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, bioengineering, systems biology, or a related field required.
0 to 2 years of relevant laboratory or biotechnology-industry experience.
Experience with mammalian and/or CHO cell culture, antibody production, multi-omics technologies, molecular perturbation methods, and regulated laboratory environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and execute molecular and cellular biology experiments involving the transfection, passaging, and sampling of CHO cell cultures to generate substrate for multi-omics analyses.
Design and execute experiments to examine gene copies, transcript levels, protein folding, assembly, trafficking, secretion, and degradation.
Analyze and interpret data using statistical, bioinformatics, and pathway-analysis tools.
Document findings and prepare technical reports, presentations, and manuscripts.
Collaborate with cell-line development scientists, bioprocess engineers, analytical scientists, and computational biologists.
Comply with laboratory safety and data-integrity requirements.
