Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience programming, setting, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with measuring instruments and reading blueprints.
• ITAR requires US person status; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, operate, and maintain equipment.
• Plan mold setup and processing for optimal labor and machine use.
• Troubleshoot machines, tools, materials, and equipment; repair or escalate as needed.
• Assemble molds/components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Break down and clean molds and components; remove carbon, rust, or excess rubber.
• Perform first piece inspections to ensure tolerances.
• Carry out molding operations to maintain workflow.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as required.
