Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift (core hours 11:00 pm–7:30 am). The position carries an hourly rate of $28.05 and will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in the United States.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience with manufacturing machinery, plus the ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience programming, setting, running, and performing maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• US ITAR compliance – must be a US person for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, operate, and maintain equipment and molds as required.
• Plan and perform mold set up and processing to optimize labor and machinery utilization.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials, and equipment and escalate as needed.
• Assemble molds and components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Break down, clean, and store used molds and components; remove carbon, rust, or excess rubber.
• Perform first piece inspections to ensure parts are in tolerance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
