Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in La Grange, NC is seeking a Process Technician for the 3rd shift. The core hours are 11:00pm to 7:30am, with an hourly rate of $28.05.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related manufacturing experience. You will set up, operate, and maintain molding equipment, troubleshoot issues, read blueprints, and perform first piece inspections while keeping the work area clean.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience programming, setting, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• ITAR US person eligibility; no immigration sponsorship available.
• Preferred: molding machines and processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment.
• Plan mold setup and processing for efficient labor and machinery use.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines, tools, materials and equipment; repair or escalate as needed.
• Assemble molds and components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Disassemble, clean, and store used molds and components; remove carbon, rust, or excess rubber.
• Perform first piece inspections to ensure parts are in tolerance.
• Carry out molding operation duties to maintain workflow in the department.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
