Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Molding Operator 1 for the 1st shift in North Carolina. You will operate horizontal and rotary injection molding machines, inspect parts for defects, document quality results, and assist with labeling and packaging.

You will use scales, gauges, and a SAP-based system for shipping labels, while maintaining 5S standards, PPE compliance, and safe operation. Candidates must meet ITAR requirements and be legally eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in the US without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• ITAR compliance; US person status required.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines (horizontal and rotary presses).
• Inspect molded parts for defects such as underfill or flash.
• Use hand tools and precision gauges to measure parts and document results.
• Weigh containers to ensure correct part counts and prepare labels in SAP.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and follow PPE and safety rules.
