Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Process Technician for the 1st shift to support the ES AMER PCS division. Core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm with an hourly rate of $28.05. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining molding equipment, performing mold setup, and ensuring parts meet tolerances through first piece inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with manufacturing machinery, reads blueprints, and uses measuring tools. ITAR compliance applies to this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience programming, setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with measuring instruments and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, operate, and maintain equipment.
• Plan mold setup and processing for optimal labor and machine use.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines, tools, materials, or equipment or escalate.
• Assemble molds and components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Break down, clean, and store used molds, removing debris.
