Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Process Technician for the 1st Shift. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm with an hourly rate of $28.05. You will set up, operate, and maintain molding equipment, plan mold setup, and ensure efficient use of labor and machinery.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspecting parts, performing first piece inspections, and keeping the work area clean. ITAR compliance applies; US persons only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience programming, setting, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• This position requires ITAR compliance; US persons only. No immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment.
• Plan mold setup and processing for efficient labor and machinery use.
• Troubleshoot machines, tools, materials, and equipment and perform repairs.
• Assemble molds and components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Break down, clean, and store used molds and components and remove residues.
• Perform first piece inspections to ensure parts are in tolerance.
• Perform molding operation duties to maintain workflow.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
