Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience programming, setting, running, and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Experience with measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
• This position requires ITAR US person; no immigration sponsorship will be provided.
• Preferred: experience with molding machines and processing.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment as required.
• Plan mold setup and processing to optimize labor and machinery usage.
• Troubleshoot machines, tools, materials, and equipment and arrange for assistance.
• Assemble molds and components per orders, routers, and blueprints.
• Break down, clean, and store used molds and components and remove residues.
• Perform first piece inspections to ensure parts are in tolerance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with safety practices.
• Assist with molding operations as needed to maintain workflow.
