Qualifications

• One year of administrative experience in a medical setting is required.

• Familiarity with EMA EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Mohs surgery appointments and follow-ups.
• Perform post-operative follow-up calls to assess recovery and concerns.
• Maintain surgical paper charts and logs with accurate documentation.
• Prepare documentation for phone consultations and related communications.
• Monitor anticoagulation management and EMA system tasks for workflow.
• Liaise with team and plastic surgeons on scheduling and follow-ups.
