Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a medical setting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with EMA EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Mohs surgeries; confirm appointments.
• Perform post-operative follow-up calls with patients.
• Maintain surgical paper charts (Mohs maps) weekly.
• Prepare documentation for surgical phone consultations.
• Monitor anticoagulants (INR) for surgical safety.
• Oversee EMA system tasks and intra-team communications.
• Coordinate patient calls and scheduling within Mohs department.
• Liaise with plastic surgeons on scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain the Pathology Log with follow-up actions.
• Respond promptly to Mohs department voicemails.
