Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of medical administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with EMA or other EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Mohs procedures and follow-up calls.
• Maintain surgical appointment calendars and cancellation lists.
• Manage Mohs maps and paper charts weekly for surgeries.
• Prepare documentation for surgical phone consultations.
