Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to run multiple modular construction projects in our Design-Manufacture-Construct model. You will own schedule, finances, and client communications across projects from design through field turnover, based at our Birmingham, AL headquarters with up to 25% travel.

You will manage $20M+ in contract revenue, mentor PMs, and drive execution standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of project finances and P&L across multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of Design-Manufacture-Construct methodology and principles.
• Ownership of client, vendor, and internal communication across all assigned projects.
• Experience managing projects totaling up to $20M in actively managed contract revenue.
• Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, MS Project/Primavera P6, and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Own schedule, financial, and client satisfaction outcomes on all assigned projects.
• Set execution standards for PMs and AP Ms across schedules, logs, change management, and client communication.
• Assign and sequence work across PMs and AP Ms supporting your projects.
• Lead schedule risk management across the portfolio and resolve resource conflicts.
• Own project finances and P&L; present results and recovery plans to executives.
• Negotiate, review, and execute subcontracts and change orders.
• Manage client expectations and represent the program in executive forums.
• Provide safety and quality leadership; halt shipment or turnover as needed.
• Mentor PMs and AP Ms; focus on outcomes over activity.
• Support adoption of new tools to improve efficiency.
