Job summary

Jobot is seeking a DMC Project Manager in Birmingham, AL to lead end-to-end modular construction programs, coordinating design, manufacturing, and construction teams.

You will own schedules, cost forecasts, vendor contracts, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement in program management. This on-site role offers visibility and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, CM, or data analytics.
• 4–8 years of experience delivering complex construction or manufacturing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Proven end-to-end delivery accountability in design-build, modular, or integrated delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DMC project delivery across design, manufacturing, construction, and closeout.
• Develop and improve schedules, cost logs, change orders, forecasts, and stakeholder comms.
• Lead vendor/subcontractor contracts, invoices, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and risk; report to executives.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, construction, supply chain, and regs.
• Represent projects in weekly POSR, QFL, and Exec Review forums.
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and scope risks with proactive resolution.
• Lead structured project launches with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PM group growth.
• Capture lessons learned to improve program management systems.
