Job summary

McKinstry in Spokane, WA is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead day-to-day operations of our Offsite Manufacturing division. You will guide safety, quality, and cost targets while driving lean initiatives and continuous improvement across value streams.

You will build a high-performing team, partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain, and ensure production schedules meet customer requirements and growth plans in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, including 3+ years in a production facility.
• Lean, quality management systems, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with safety programs and TRIR improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and ERP/MES proficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned locations and value streams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Own delivery schedule, budget, labor planning, and variance analysis to protect margins.
• Deploy lean and kaizen to reduce waste and improve first-pass quality.
• Build and coach a high-performing manufacturing team with succession planning.
