We are adding a Construction Project Manager to our Offsite Manufacturing team in Spokane, WA. This role owns the end-to-end operational and contractual performance of a defined modular product value stream. The Project Manager is a key member in facilitating successful manufacturing execution including project plans, schedules, scopes of work, materials, production output, and customer alignment. This role is accountable for delivering cost, quality, schedule, and contractual outcomes while coordinating across manufacturing operations, supply chain, engineering, commercial teams, trades, subcontractors, and vendors. The pay range for this position is $93,600 - $147,060 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
