Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of total work experience in a technical or engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product development, program management, or manufacturing engineering in modular/prefabricated mechanical or electrical products.
• Understanding of building codes, AHJ, and product listings preferred.
• Experience with CAD/PLM tools and prototyping for production.

Aufgaben

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to production launch for modular products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing operations, and program management.
• Apply DfMA and DFx principles to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Oversee prototype builds, first-article inspections, and design iterations.
• Guide 3D modeling, detailing, and shop package preparation for manufacturing.
