Qualifications

10+ years of experience in end-user computing and modern workplace architecture.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, and Service Desk operations.
Strong knowledge of automation tools (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar).
Experience with site support models and global service delivery.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks for end-user environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
