Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to design, modernize, and govern enterprise workplace technology across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will own Intune config, policy design, automation with PowerShell and Graph, and modern device enrollment strategies.

You will collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Network teams to deliver a secure, Zero Trust aligned modern workplace, covering Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Azure Virtual Desktop, Teams, SharePoint Online, and compliance

Qualifications

5+ years enterprise endpoint engineering experience.
Deep experience with Intune configuration and policy frameworks.
Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation.
Experience designing Windows Autopilot and modern device enrollment.
Understanding of endpoint and mobility security controls & Zero Trust.
Experience contributing to Power Platform governance, including environment strategy.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance, information protection, and collaboration service integration.

Responsibilities

Own the design and governance of Intune configuration and policy design.
Define workplace technology standards and lifecycle strategy for endpoints, mobility, and collaboration devices.
Govern enterprise app catalog packaging, deployment patterns, and integration with Intune/M365.
Design Autopilot enrollment and cloud-native management integrated with Entra ID and Conditional Access.
Develop PowerShell and Graph automation for cross‑platform governance and remediation.
Establish and enforce standards for end user experience across devices.
Mentor admins and engineers in modern workplace architecture and automation practices.
Participate in 24x7 on‑call rotation for platform domains.
