Job summary

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• Experience designing Modern Workspace environments with Intune and AAD.
• Strong EUC and desktop management expertise with Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with cloud-based device management and security policies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps in end-user environments.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level Modern Workspace solutions with Intune and AAD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define specifications.
• Lead the design and implementation of Intune-based device management solutions.
• Assess current IT infrastructures and create roadmaps for modernizing desktop environments.
• Develop and document architecture strategies, deployment plans, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and other technical staff.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technologies and best practices related to Modern Workspace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in system integration, deployment, and management.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support Intune updates and optimization.
