Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Architect to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance. The role focuses on designing enterprise-level Modern Workspace environments, integrating Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies while aligning with security and compliance requirements.

You will lead Intune-based device management, collaborate with multiple teams, and develop roadmaps for desktop modernization.

Qualifications

• BS + 8 years experience or MS + 6 years or PhD with 3 years or HS with 12 years or AA with 10 years.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance or above is required.
• Strong experience in Modern Workspace environments, incl. Intune and AAD.
• Deep EUC and modern desktop management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Cloud-based device management, security policies, and compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong enterprise architecture understanding and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level Modern Workspace solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define specs.
• Lead Intune-based device management implementation aligned with security/compliance.
• Assess current IT infrastructures and create roadmaps for modernization.
• Develop architecture strategies, deployment plans and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff for high-quality delivery.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and best practices in end-user computing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in system integration and management of modern workspace solutions.
• Support ongoing operations for Microsoft Intune, including updates and optimization.
