Job summary

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, govern, and evolve the Modern Workplace across devices, identity, and productivity tools. You will shape the strategy for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, and Windows 11, while aligning security and compliance with enterprise needs.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service teams to drive architecture standards, oversee governance, and guide implementation of AI-powered workplace

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 and Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts (Azure AD/Entra ID, CA, Zero Trust).
• Experience with device lifecycle management (Autopilot).
• Familiarity with Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive from an architectural view.
• VDI/Digital Workspace experience (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, VMware Horizon).
• MDM/UEM across iOS, Android, macOS, Windows.
• ITIL-based service management familiarity.
• Experience in regulated environments with complex compliance.
• Fluent in English (business level).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise architecture for Modern Workplace domain.
• Define roadmap for M365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, and related tools.
• Define AI-powered workplace tools rollout and governance.
• Define and monitor Digital Employee Experience strategy.
• Ensure outsourced services align with architecture standards.
• Establish governance for device management and Zero Trust policies.
• Governance for responsible AI use with security and compliance.
• Evaluate new tools to improve productivity and security.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and service teams.
• Provide design authority and escalation for architectural decisions.
