Job summary

TrustedTech, a leading MSP for Microsoft Cloud services, seeks an Associate Cloud Architect, Modern Workplace, with 4+ years of experience to design and implement cloud-based Microsoft 365 solutions for client environments. You will collaborate with senior architects and engineers on migrations, Entra ID-based identity work, and Modern Workplace networking, delivering secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune).
• Experience designing or supporting basic cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection for cloud solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior architects to assess IT environments and recommend cloud improvements.
• Design and implement migration solutions to move workloads to Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Assist in deploying cloud infrastructure, networking, and security per client needs.
• Plan and deploy scalable, highly available cloud services using Microsoft tech.
• Evaluate 365 licensing options to guide solution design.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and timelines.
• Support monitoring, performance, and issue resolution for secure operations.
• Stay updated on Microsoft cloud trends and share best practices with the team.
