Job summary

Life Alive seeks a Manager on Duty to lead shift execution, oversee scheduling, onboarding, and cost control, and serve as a bridge to management. You will drive sales targets, uphold food safety, and mentor team members in a fast-paced plant-based cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, staff management, and cafe operations.
• Successful completion and mastery of MOD Level I and Level II responsibilities.
• Completion and validation of the MOD Level III Training Plan.

Responsibilities

• Shift Management & Execution: Perform all core MOD I/II responsibilities, coach and motivate team members.
• Oversee onboarding paperwork and weekly labor reporting, manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Ensure health, food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards across the cafe.
